A week ago I requested a refund viia PnP ASAP after receiving an order with an item missing. My refund request was unsuccessful meaning they are not going to refund me for the item they took money for an item I did not receive. I requested refunds for 2 items. No 1 - item missing and no 2 item received was not fresh. I expect to be refunded for my missing item PnP..

Please explain to me why do zo need to send an email to *** when I have given you all the necessary information. I sent an email to your customer service department regarding my issue on the 4th of Msy. Still no response. What is the purpose of send another email to asapgrocery when my refund request was unsuccessful. As previously mentioned, I would like to know the reason for my refund being unsuccessful.

I'm not going to send emails al***** the ace whe. I have reached out to Pick n Pay for my query.

I would like .y money to.be refunded as I did not receive my item and the otherwise not up to standard.

We workhstdfor the mo ey that we buy food for and it's really disappointing when PnP provide such disgusting service.

Please refund my hard earned money.
