Pick n Pay Recruitment Ethics a joke

My husband went to see MR Terry at Pick n Pay Glen Ballad Mall regarding re-employment as he was unable to complete his contract in 2010 due to him suffering a stroke.

He was then called for an interview two weeks later and was promised a position based on the outcome of his polygraph.

He never recieved a call back for the polygraph and when we investigated , they said they had a non re-employment policy.

Clearly the HR never read through the CV and the Manager who called him for an interview didnt know his **** from his elbow and have no idea what the company's internal processes are.

The head is so far removed from the body in this organization it's unbelievable.

AJP group owns the monopoly in the retail market in the Kempton Park area. There are only as many places one can apply to in the area.

I honestly believe this has nothing to do with their re-employment policy but rather find their conduct to be discriminating against him because he stutters
