Pick n pay... rather Rob n Pay

This company sells me mouldy pineapples and when I call their customer care line, I am told I need to call the call the store where I bought it. When I call the store, I am told I need to return it and they will replace it or refund me, the only problem with that is I would have to spend a R60 on petrol just to get to the store for a R40. When I mention that this solution is not a solution, I am told a manager will get back me to. 7 days later and still no manager has come back to me. Pick n Pay and Pick n Pay Hyper Ottery, you need to do better.
