Pick n Pay Raslouw - Frustration from end to end

There is nothing that upsets me as much as having to spend 5min just for a trolley that isn't sticky to put my groceries in... this is ALWAYS the case at Pick n Pay Raslouw. The fruits was once again not great today with little variety. Simple things like c***** long life milk in plastic bottles is once again not available or WAIT is it perhaps just not unpacked like half of the stock I needed last week??? Upon request the staff will tell you there is no stock just to find one that is helpful and she can pack a whole shelf full for you - thus my question is why is it not on the shelf?? Trying to find a bottle of Domestos that is not leaking and with white stripes is always fun but the irritation just went a bit further today.... a staff member insists on standing upon your toes even after you request some space to find a bottle of Domestos that is clean. Getting to the till points with my 5-year old on my arm is just the final point that drove me to this mail... Besides from the till points also being sticky... the amount of people to assist you is as always not sufficient and we have to wait another 15min just to be assisted!! Half of this complaints was raised with the manager twice before but nothing seems to get resolved. What about work creation for people to unpack stock clean stock and assist at tills. Month end I avoid Pick n Pay at all cost as you never stand and wait to pay for less than 20min! The ONLY reason I still visit the store is as it is close to home and is a bit cheaper than Checkers. I don't find this problem at their other branches thus my question is what is going on at Pick n Pay Raslouw...??? And do they even screen their staff before appointing them as there is one or two friendly helpers here and there but overall they need to realise they are working with customers.
