Pick n Pay Rand Steam really don't want customers.

I went into Pick n Pay Rand Steam at 10am this morning to buy a box of cigarettes. After standing waiting at the Kiosk for about 5 min, because no one was there to help, with staff just walking passed me and when I looked towards the managers offices, employees were with plates of breakfast sitting eating instead of working. Someone, I think he was a manger, came and asked me have I been helped. He got the cigarettes from the counter and said he would give them to a cashier for the main shop and I can pay there. When I looked behind me, there were only 2 cashiers open with about 5 people in each queue with full trolleys each. So I said to the man, look at the queue I must stand in only to but 1 box of cigarettes? I would have been there for about half an hour. His response, instead of getting someone to come and do their job and man the kiosk like they should be doing, was well there is no one working there so you must stand in the queue. At that point I told him that clearly the shop doesn't want my business and walked out. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any other pick n pay other than this branch, and I really get the feeling that customers are more of an inconvenience than anything else. This is not the first time of getting bad service and I work a walking distance away from the Center, but I won't be supporting this branch anymore, because clearly the staff want to earn money without actually doing any work and they don't care about customers at all.
