Pick n pay - Rand Steam.

Went to PICK N PAY RAND STEAM to get assist with my smart card as it needed to be linked with my old lost card. At the door I meet up with Sydney who was quite helpful and willing, was told to go to customer care. I stood there for a good 30 mins a gentle man by the name of SPHIWE rudely ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT? (UFUNANI) after that he just left me there to go and assist people who came way after me. Then after that he calls me and tells me that he is busy now I should come back tomorrow???!!! Ready are you serious right now. I ask him for a manager he told me he is a manager and he is busy, I am very disappointed with this old man what is he teaching his staff? to pick and choose who to assist and who to ignore?! This man should not be a manager with such an attitude.

Sydney came back to see me still standing there after so long and he was running around to find someone to assist me. Thank you so much Sydney for your Good Customer Service we need more people like you and he did find Prince who assisted. Thank you Sydney and Prince keep up the good work!
