Pick n Pay Rams Square Customer Service

Pick n Pay always finds a new way to hit the lowest levels when coming to customer service and Sunday was a true testament of that.

I walk into Pick n Pay Rams Square. Got myself some snacks which were on promotion. Got to the counter, the cashier has a cellphone on register. Completely distracting her from the matter at hand. I give her my SmartShopper card, she scans it, rings it my items. I pay for my items and I’m handed a slip only to notice the snacks weren’t discounted. I let her know, she proceeds to ask her colleague to go and check the special, which I believe your staff should be aware of promotions in store. She doesn’t not acknowledge the mishap nor does she apologies for the error. The lady that voids the items comes to the till, even her, she doesn’t apologise for the mishap nor acknowledge what has transpired. She didn’t even greet me. She proceeded to ask for my slip, rang the items correctly.

It’s not even about the money. It’s the principle behind it. The staff are unaware of promotions in store, their customer service is beyond poor.

I recommend checking your slips that promotions are app**** to your items before you end up paying more than you should be. I personally won’t be go back to that pick n pay anymore.
