Pick n pay rain check only offered to a few people on specials

Hi wrote to pick n pay on the 6th Dec 2022 via their Facebook channel was promised that they would get back to me and yet absolutely nothing until now. Yet places like Checkers/Spar/Boxer/Steers/Kfc attend to complaints asap. As a regular pick n pay client m simply disappointed.

Incident details: I went to Pick n pay Canal Crossing Potchefstroom on numerous occasions since the Oreo x8 for R47 begun and found nothing at all 3 stores in Potchefstroom. Accepted that I'd obviously miss the special....ok cool I then went to Pick n pay again on the 5th as the special was ending and still found nothing. I then looked for the Golden Cloud/Tastic rice and Ace maize meal special but the only item missing was the maizemeal as they said it's out of stock. I then asked the manager if I then couldn't take the other 2 items n come back for the maize meal once they have and he said NO. Ok I left the shop and went to the pick n pay in Vanderhoff and maize meal was also the issue there also no oreo's. To my understanding no rain checks on specials i had no issues with that. Got back to my Facebook stockpiling group later that evening and to my surprise other members managed to get rain checks now this makes me wonder why I couldn't get rain checks n other members that went to other pick n pays got rain checks. I have one proof of the rain check which I saved with me. It's ridiculous!!!!!! I also want my rain check why are other clients more important than others???? Treat us equally!! I want my GOODS ASWEL!!!!!! will appreciate a prompt response
