Pick 'n Pay... Quality customer service.
I had a recent incident with an expired product. I contacted the relevant branch and explained my issue. I received such a positive response from the manager. He was apologetic and explained the in-store situation. I was very disappointed but the manager was so kind and friendly, he came to my house as promised with a box of Tinkies and a little goodie bag. I continue to shop at Pick 'n Pay as always because I know they strive to deliver good service standards.
