Pick n Pay Protea Boulevard

Please help us, the management of Pick n Pay Protea Glen mall does not have customer service at all. Sunday I went to buy my groceries there, I was already out when I realize that I forgot one item on my groceries. I asked to put my trolley in the parcel counter , they said they don't have enough space for trolleys in their parcel counter then I asked if can I leave it in the corner next to parcel counter and next to the security. The tall light in guy working as a security there was so rude telling me that if I leave the trolley here I leave it at my own risk. I just left the shop because I was so traumatized by the whole situation. Lately I tried to call the shop manager, he told me that they don't have space and it's unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it.

I tried to call Pick n Pay head Office , no response on the phone. Very disappointed customer.
