Pick n pay proofs yet again that their customers are not important
<p>A week ago I have log a complaint againt Pick 'n Pay, till today no-one from Head Office bothered to give me a call neither did their phone me back on the complaints logged. I went to the branch requesting for rain cheque and was adviced that I will be contacted once stock has arived, today a week and a half later still no stock. On the repsonce provided by Pick 'n Pay on the previous query logged I did not get any response neither a follow up call. So Pick 'n Pay what is it that one needs to do to get some service from you?????????????????</p>
The previous complaint log was answered by Vanitha Venketas but he/she never bothered to respond or to resolve the matter
