Pick n Pay Promenade online fail

Placed an order on the ASAP app at 10:30 this morning the ETA was for 13:00-13:30. When I checked at 13:15 my order was not even picked yet. Then I query my order in the chat service and the ETA then changed to delayed. Im still waiting and my work bus was for 14:00 I'm gonna be late for work now. Imagine waiting 4 hours for an order.
