Pick n Pay Promenade Lack of Customer Service

On the evening 27th of May my family and I went to Pick n Pay in the Promenade shopping mall in the Mitchell's Plain area in Cape Town. We went to buy breads from the bakery section. I had asked the attendant to please slice the bread for me instead one of the bakers named Randall was absolutely unprofessional and rude in his language and manner in which he spoke to me. I then proceeded to speak to the store manager on duty at the time and was promised that the matter would be dealt with and that Monday I would then receive a phone call. I have yet not received that phone call and am very disappointed in the customer service or lack there of that I experienced at Pick n Pay. I regard myself as a loyal customer but I have great problems with grave disrespect to customers.
