Pick n pay promenade

I just stepped outside pick n pay promanade in Mitchell's Plain,was at the till wanting to pay for the groceries but before I paid I wanted to do a withdrawal.I then asked for R5000 the cashier said I can go to another till stand at the back of another queue and he proceeds to assist another lady that came from the front of the store whilst I was busy speaking with him.He then helps the lady and tells me to go to another till after I spoke with the manager infront of him,the manager said that he could give the cash.The manger walks away and he tells me he can't give me the cash I must go to the back of till 2.He and the till packer then start talking in Xhosa and starts laughing at me,then the lady in red takes me to another till to do withdrawal and the tiller and cashier speaking in Xhosa says he reported me,that's what the lady in red told me.cashier name is Zukisani Mlomo really bad service.
