Pick n Pay princess crossing treating people like *********

Am very upset with service provided at pick n pay princess crossing..They treat people like *********....I had a list with the samps for the pots....so I wanted to exchange at Maponya they advised they don't have stock.....I have a friend that Is not far from princess crossing so she advised they have stock she took my list and when she got the ....they kept my list with stamps because they can pick up I use different pick n pays.,....what nonsense is that I go into any pick n pay.......So they refuse to give me my friend the list back saying I must come that side I reside in the south I sometimes go to Roodepoort......but if am in a area I use any pick n pay.....Please resolve this matter urgently
