Pick 'n Pay Primrose Square Shocking Service Levels

I just want to ask pick 'n pay why can't they supply the services that they offer ? Everytime that i'm going to pick 'n pay primrose square and want to draw money at the tills i'm not allowed to because management have instructed the cashiers not to do so. Money have to be kept behind to pay pension/grand out to people. The ABSA bank at the entrance of pick 'n pay have not been working for more than a year now and as a customer buying at pick 'n pay i'm not allowed to draw money at the tills. I did take this up with a manager/supervisor but the lady had such a bad attitude that it didn't even helped talking to her I was just waisitng my time talking to her. I will rather go and support Checkers as the service that i'm getting at Checkers is much much better. Pick 'n Pay Primrose Square will not see me again.
