Pick n Pay pricing issue continues

This is a follow up to my last review. I bought a 500ml milk which I took off the shelf clearly marked R17,99. When I took it to the till, it rang up at R19,99. I raised a complaint and the price was amended. However, the stress of questioning a price and waiting for a resolution, is not necessary for a singular item. It's getting rather tiresome. The packer informed me that I was not the only one to complain and that 'half the items in the store are incorrect'. Something needs to be done. I was also there to return an item of clothing. The women in front of me voiced here opinion about the poor service at the refund/queries desk. Come on Pick n Pay - you can do better. By the way you have not phoned despite committing to do so.
