Pick n pay practice what you preach

Manager is so rude and treats people like **** funny I made a complaint with head office non of them even cared to call to ask if it was resolved or not. Last week Saturday we went to the store to buy a TV , I asked that same guy how much is license and he explained, Sunday I went back with my sister who has the TV license, he send 1 of his staff to check on us and the way he asked the cashier if we had license was really not professional. Pick and pay in the locations treats black people like ****. The manager still never made any afford to apologize as he felt he did no wrong. You see when I go to shoprite I already know where I’m going and expecting any customer care but I think I’m done with pick n pay. I spend R5000 in that store to be made feel like I’m a TV license ********.
