Pick N Pay popped rice

Emailed about a discontinued product, pnp brand popped rice. Phoned head office to speak to a buyer, the lady in Cape Town head office gave me an email address which doesn't exist, I tried a different email address, tried phoning the Jhb head office where the buyers are apparently. No one answers the phone I refuse to deal with customer care as they cannot give answers as what the buyers can. Is it so difficult to get hold of pick n pay staff? The popped rice is what I and many others are looking for.
