Pick n Pay poor service

Pick and Pay keeps failing to deliver my orders, this is the fourth order that they didn't deliver and refuse to refund. The most recent order was ***, refund number ***6. Before this was three other orders they refused to refund i.e. ***& *** & ***. I demand that the CEO of Pick n Pay contact me immediately!
