Pick n pay poor service

Will never use there app again or support them again in my life we ordered items from them for delivery after waiting 4 hours we phoned them and the only reply we got is just sorry they have a backlog from yesterday we are still waiting we we need to give our children food and we are still waiting and still doint know when we are getting our food
