Pick 'n Pay poor service and false advertising

I bought a Coffee Machine for R 7 500 at Pick 'n Pay, Wilkoppies. I requested last year to purchase a filter for the machine, Which Hans informed me they do not sell. Seeing that Pick 'n Pay advertise on National TV that you can request anything from them and they will get it for you, plus the fact that you can not sit with this expensive coffee machine not being able to get a filter to use it, I request Hans to find a filter for me. I received a message after about a week that the cost is around R 300. I visited the shop the get the filter and pay. I was told the call was to find out if I wanted it and they did not order it yet. I told them that I did order it. I now visited the shop on 5 occasions after that, one to speak to the manager of the department, who promised he will get it for me. Last week Hans promised that he will definitely call me on Monday and it will be sorted out. It is Wednesday now, Still no Call. It has been months now and lots of unnecessary visits to the shop. I requested that they deliver the filter to me, to which Hans bluntly refused.
