Pick n Pay poor service

Visited Ravenswood branch in Boksburg on numerous occasions and tried to pay with a Pick n Pay voucher purchased on my Capitec application.Every single time payment became an issue as the teller did not know how process payment without calling a supervisor.Appart from wasting my time is was hugely embarrassing waiting with a queues of people waiting to pay.
