Pick n Pay poor service

Hi there, I was at woodmead pnp now to collect my pot which I have spent a lot of money for and was told that they dont have any pots available because it was all given out. I was away and called the store to advise them that I will he coming to fetch my pot and they said it was extended three times but they will keep one aside for me. I got there now and the staff was not helpful at all and said they dont have any pota available and they cannot help me. Its very disappointing because I called the store and they did not even try to help out.
