Pick n Pay poor quality staff

This is now my second distasteful experience at the exact same store...

I visited the Pick n Pay Musgrave Centre to purchase a few items before ending my day at work, get to the till and wait wait for my turn. When I get to the cashier, I'm met by Letti who was involved in a deep conversation with the packer , I greet Letti and her response to me is "Packet?", so I respond yes please. She immediately scans a packet and continues with her conversation. All she could afford to say to me was "Packet?", noting more.... I then swiped my card and paid, I took my groceries and left, but felt like I was a distraction or a disturbance to Pick n Pay. This is the service one can expect from this store, although it shouldn't be the case, being in the service industry myself, I provide excellent service to guests as they are not a distraction, but my reason for being at work. Pick n Pay get your act together!
