Pick 'n Pay poor quality staff.

I have bought an Air Mattress from Pick 'n Pay and over the weeks its just going flat after I pumped it up numerous times to a point I ended up sleeping flat on the floor. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt and tried to exchange my bad Air Mattress and the Staff were not accommodating at all. The were just negative and asking me for other things I did not have. I am extremely disappointed by their hospitality and lack of help to solve my issue. They just gave me negative points and didn't seem happy to help me at all. To think that I bought an Air Mattress from Checkers and I had the same issue and they were amazing and exchanged my Air Mattress without me having a Receipt and were very hospitable. Pick 'n Pay staff can learn a thing or two from them.
