Pick n Pay Poor Performance at CT Cavendish Mall

The past 3 -4 months customer service at this outlet was really almost non-existent. Customers are waiting in lines for very long periods of time while *********** cashiers and supervisors take their time to render a service. During peak hours there are not enough staff serving on the floor and items on the shelves are wrongly priced or not even priced at all. Pick n Pay can really improve their service by employing competent resources keen to provide the best service!!
