Pick n Pay Policy and Procedures

I have now been trying to get hold of Pick n Pay head office for several weeks now to no avail. They do not answer the phones at all. I would like to know from the head office about their Policy and Procedures online if that is applicable to ALL Pick n Pay stores that are franchise owned by owners or just to the corporate businesses. I have a problem with our local Pick n Pay that they say they do not need to follow the Corporate Policies and Procedures as they are franchise owners and do not belong to Corporate
