Pick n Pay Plumstead is **** on the Mr D app

I am a returning client on the Mr D app, I love it the service is always great, but don't order from PnP Plumstead on the Mr D app, it is my second time I order on the Mr D app from PnP Plumstead and there is always an item I get a refund on because it is all of a sudden sold out and the last time I placed my order at 11:04 payment and everything went through, PnP Plumstead only started packing my order at 11:47 and I only received my order at 12:36. Pathetic service from PnP Plumstead, but Mr D is always very helpful.
