Pick n Pay please take complaints seriously

Dear Pick n Pay your customer services sucks. Purchased goods which were expired. Complained on numerous occasions and to date no response. This is my second review on Hello Peter. Reference numbers ***, ***, ***, *** and ***. Each time you call the customer services department it's the same excuse - your matter is going to be escalated. Please take customer complaints seriously. As a pensioner this service is not acceptable.
