Pick n Pay please sort out your clothing return policy for once & for all

I wish that the staff at Pick n Pay Clothing stores could be universally trained in the returns policy. The attitude they display makes one feel guilty about returning an unwanted item, even with a slip. I tried to return a sweater at Knysna today, but it was refused because it was purchased in March. The ambiguosity in interpretation of the returns policy extends to their policies as per internet - nowhere did I find the policy absolutely rejecting a clothing return after more than 30 days. The bizarre part of the blurb on the internet states that if you wish to return an unwanted gift, you would be allowed an exchange or gift card. Why is this not applicable to a purchase made by yourself ? Come on Pick n Pay, you need to do a whole lot better to win back your customers from Spar and Checkers. And also some of your clothing stores are an absolute untidy, dirty disgrace ( this is also applicable to the Knysna store that is the subject of my complaint above)
