Pick n Pay Pinehurst management HOPELESS

Pick n Pay Pinehurst Durbanville has been in existence for longer than 5 years yet their pricing mistakes just never ends. Today I bought McCain country crop vegies advertised 2 x for R50. When we got to the till we were charged the normal price. McCain roast it also advertised 2 x R55. At the till normal price charged. Fortunately and unlike other times when we have to drive back my wife noticed the discrepancies. The supervisor merely told us the system was off line with no appology after correcting the prices. A week prior one of the managers merely corrected the prices after returning to the store. I reminded him of his company's wrong price policy which he did not acknowledge giving instructions to one of his supervisors. We eventually left without paying the R28 plus the refund of R28. Pick n Pay Pinehurst just cant get it right. Their staff including management need client care training as well.
