Pick n pay pick up slack answer phones!!!!!!

So I love pick n pay. My card was ****** and im battling to recover my current points onto my new card. The guys in store tell me to contact pick n pay. After spending all my airtime and waiting and being patient they still have not gotten back to me. I did however revieve this sms. Warm regards judith
