Pick n pay, pick n pay bottles
I would not even give them half a star.. I frequently shop online so I. Understand what the norm is and the capability of the suppliers. I was registering my card on the app, not ready to process the order as I was not done with shopping. The app immediately proceeded with my 0rder and deducted from my account 8am sharp I called Call center to cancel n reverse funds and left messages 9n the app. Was told refund would be done in 3-7 days, then 3-7 working days. Today is day 12 and I'm still waiting or day 8 if counting working days. I called in once again they have requested my bank statement which is CONFIDENTIAL. I did not ask for pnp bank statement when it took my payment. Simply saying uv done my refund does not suffice. I have been inconvenienced for FAR TOO LONG. Other vendors refund within 24 hrs. at this pace ul should pay customers interest on their funds. Highly annoyed
I have made various attempts to get assistance via in app chat and numerous phone calls to the call center. To date my issue remains unsolved.i received various automated emails but no actual help. I cannot comprehend how difficult is to get my own money back!!!!!! What a inconvence this has been..... Phone calls are not free either so it costs me every time I must reach out to your call center.
