Pick n pay phoenix- worst experience ever
I bought a 5 litre country fresh ice cream yesterday in the afternoon, when I got home and opened it I got a shock of my life, the quantity is half the usual size, it looks like a mountain of ice so when I called the store they said I must send them a picture on WhatsApp which I did ans they said that I need to return it, or personally escalate it to nestle as they are not the manufacturers of ice cream

06 Nov 2020, 15:42Just when I thought my experience was bad, I called the pick n pay head office and spoke to the receptionist lady by the name of Mpume who said she will put me through to the relevant department for complaints which I held on for a couple of minutes and I got no answer, I called back and Mpume took down my contact details and said someone will contact me, nobody has contacted me 3 hours later and they are not answering my calls anymore
