Philip Nel Pick N Pay What a horrible experience, a teller who refuses to pack. she is just sitting there and when I ask why she is not packing she says she is waiting for me. I tell her to pack, she gives me a side eye, I look for a manager and ask for an explanation and he says yes it is her job. I ask him to explain to here, he says he will. in that attitude of I will do it iny own time. I was earlier reading about some section something that the retailer is undergoing and staff just continue as if we have to use their store. there's a spar down the road, which we have an option of using if you don't want my money.
