Pick n pay Penford Pathetic Customer service

I called the pick n pay penford number with no help at all. Unanswered phone calls between 15 minute intervals. The phone was eventually answered and I requested to speak to the manager. The call was transferred and again unanswered at the managers end. Ridiculous to say the least.
