Pick n pay pay out principles

On the 2nd of September 2017 I resigned from Pick n pay, filled in the forms a week later. After a month I was informed that the was something wrong with my paperwork,I then went to Pick n pay to re-submit my documents. On the 20th of November I wrote here to ask how long does it take to get your retirement money? I was told to call the wages in Kensington, I did so countless times and I was told to wait 6 months. I waited..... Funny enough no contact was made with me during that whole time, but to my surprise I called them last week and was told my documents don't appear on the spreadsheet. I was then requested to sent my bank statement yet again, then been told to wait! Tried to call Capetown where they say my paperwork is for follow up but only a person who wasn't prepared to help was on the other end telling me that they only deal with Western cape issue. All I want to know is 1) Do I have to wait another 6 months again? 2) Should I be the one always asking about updates? 3) We devote ourselves 100% to the company not having any social life but the walls of Pick n pay, to fight for our service acceptance when we get better opportunities?
