Pick n pay pavillion worst customer experience

pick n pay pavillion, another bad experience within 2 weeks, Staff members are Not trained well, A supervisor named Cynthia thinks she owns pick n pay, She believes that she's doing the customers a favor by doing her job that she gets paid for. She has NO respect for the customers, while taking to her she turned around and walked away twice, she is disrespectful and rude. Cynthia will bring the pick n pay name down. The Manager on duty was scared of her and didn't correct her. We humble request that a senior manager contact us.
