PICK N PAY PAROW CENTRE POORLY MANAGED

To whom it may concern

Plse train your management at Pick N Pay Parow, I went in to buy a packet of chips for my wife. Stood for 15 min in the queue, there was only 2 Cashiers because I think the one clocked off. I then went to the kiosk and paid there and asked your staff in the management cubicle if they see anything wrong. I work in retail so I can see when customers are getting uncomfortable or impatient, it was an expression on most of the people waiting in the queue. THERE WERE ONLY 2 CASHIERS. The black guy stared at me with an ugly grin unable to answer my question. Then there was colored guy who I think was a merchandiser asking me "why are making a scene" and I didn't know who he was until the staff had to hold him back because he wanted to become violent. The management team in the cubicle saw I had uniform on and then said they were gonna send an email to my boss. I don't understand? Also the cashier who relieved the cashier who went home proceeded to help the staff with a staff purchase first.
