Pick n pay parow (Cape Town) unfroand not helpful

The shop just opened and I asked for web tickets show. The staff member at the kiosk didn't look at her computer and said that is offline. I asked her if she can look. I think she is not knowledgeable and called someone else who also said that is offline without looking at the pc or trying to see if it's of or online
