Pick n Pay Parklands Main Appalling Till Service

I received the worst service yet at the PnP (Address: 66 Parklands Main Rd, Parklands, Cape Town, 7441) from a lady (Ziyanda Madlayi) at Till 7 at approximately 09:45 on 26 September 2020. I arrived to withdraw money via Thyme Bank, she told me she had no money, she sent me to the next 2 (which also had no money) so I came back to her till and kindly asked if she could assist me and maybe escalate the issue because I needed the money. She simply told me to find another till maybe the Kiosk will have it, I asked 'how sure are you that the Kiosk will have?', she said she doesn't know! I, then raised a concern to say 'You have sent me to 2 tills that don't have money, I'm asking you to assist and maybe escalate' and she rep**** that it's me that needs the money and not her! I stood there shocked! She mumbled something which I didn't hear then proceeded to help another customer. I, then decided to escalate and raised the poor service I had received at the hands of this lady to the manager myself. The manager is aware of this experience.
