Pick n pay Paarl Mall - rude staff and poor customer service

Pick n Pay Paarl Mall We bought some milk there for our son, we then changed over to another product. When we wanted to return it, the staff accuses us of tampering with the product. Then they tell us there is no return policy on milk no signs on racks or anything telling you that. The staff is rude and unwilling to help.
