Pick n Pay owes me money

I placed a few online orders from Pick n Pay at the end of June. Two of the orders arrived with items missing but I was charged for these. I emailed Pick n Pay Online numerous times and they keep saying they will attend to my query but never do. What are you holding onto the money for? The order numbers were: *** and ***
