PICK N PAY - OVEDUE PROVIDENT PAY OUT SINCE JUNE 2021

I worked for Ottery Hyper and was told that I would receive my provident fund within the next 3 months(Left company May 2021), its six months to the date and I have still not received my fund or even any form of communication as to what the status is of my provident fund pay out.

I have been contacting the store that I worked at and have been told to contact head office, but if I contact the head office we are told that everyone work's from home. Have emailed the contact lady Lucille Andrews but she is also not responding.

Its xmas and I have been patient, hoping and trusting that it would be paid out before xmas to utilise the money for my children.

This is a great disappointment that Pick n Pay would disregard their former employees in this way. I have been loyal worker giving Pick N Pay my best everyday and always making the customers feel special. I expected more from Pick n Pay to at least sort my provident fund out without having to struggle for months just to get hold of someone to assist me with the status of my pay out.

This is extremely unfair and would appreciate if someone or anyone could let me know what is happening to my provident fund payout that I contributed towards.
