Pick n Pay Ottery pathetic customer service!!

Pick n Pay Hyper Ottery I placed an online order on 15th March and canceled the order a few days after. I received an email from Pick n Pay saying they would contact me and will be actioned accordingly. I still have not received any call or refund from them! I called them and never got through I was on hold for more than 5 minutes and sent 2 emails thereafter!

I would like some communication from them!!!! I have received a private response from you yet my query has still not been resolved?! I Sent numerous emails and did calls and I still haven't received my refund!!!!!!! It is the 13th April 2022 already.

How long must I still wait for a refund
