Pick n Pay Ottery Hyper... pathetic customer service from manager

On Christmas morning i went to do my shopping at pick n pay hyper ottery which is a monthly routine for years, as usual i had a lovely experience up until i got to the casheir. I queried the Nivea sun block price as it is advertised as being on special ... the kind cashier advised that i need to speak to another lady who deals with these types of queries ... i moved to that specific lady .. explained my issue which she understood "Nivea sunblock 50+ trigger @ R149" i paid R199 ... she then advised that she needs to speak to the manager Zain .. on her return i asked her if she told the manager the issue and she advised yes ... he then came amd asked the cashier what the issue was ... she told him and he then response to her with NO we wont reduce as its not that one and walks away ... anyways we start debating the issue and he ends up telling me that he doesnt care if i shopping at pick and pay or not ... ( very shocked at this as i have been shopping for years and i told him this) he then adds he has never seen me in the shop before ... he also advised that he cannot give me his surname as its not required as part pf the pnp policy and his managers is the GM i can go look who she is .. he also advised the cashier to not speak to me further. I am absolutely shocked at this amd would just like to know if pnp as a brand really feels like this as he is a representative of pnp? As a loyal customer for years does Pick n Pay not care if i shop there or not? He absolutely spoilt my Christmas for me and my family. ZAIN the manager was extremely rude all other parties i deal with was extremely nice until he told them to not respond to me and he was going to put me out of the shop.
