Pick n pay OTTERY has dumb staff!

So my husband has a makro rcs card and we recently discovered we can use it at different stores not only makro...So today 15.09.18....we decided to get a few things at pick n pay hyper in ottery using the makro card...we asked 2 of the staff at customer services if the card would work in the store and they assured us that it works.... we did the shopping and went to pay...the shop was full...the que was long...when the cashier swiped the card she told us that they don't use these cards... So they called the manager lady and she comes to us saying that the card only works at pick n pay not at a hypermarket....I have never in my life been so embarrassed and all she can say is I'm sorry! Imagine walking out of a shop with nothing and they just scanned your stuff...I don't think I'll ever shop at that store again in my life! We ASKED! WE WERE TOLD IT WORKS!!!!!! NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER STORE TO DO THE SAME SHOPPING AGAIN!!!!! PICK N PAY OTTERY YOU SUCK AND YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER!!!!!!!!!
