Pick n pay osizwen bad service

Am just not happy with their service this morning i went to their store to buy airtym nd withdraw money when i got the, the store was still closed nd it was five past seven in the morning when i asked the security guard the lady that what time are you opening she just ignored me okay i waited outside at around quarter past seven the cashier arrives that is supposed to be on duty by seven o'clock but she arrived at quater past, i greeted her and askes her what time is your shop opening she said we were supposed to open at seven o'clock, okay then she entered the shop and they closed the doors, as i was waiting they opened the shop at half past seven i waited their for thirty minutes by the time the security guard the male one who was very helpful opened the door then boom the security guard the lady one start sweeping the floor were they supposed to help me and all the time she was just sitting on top of the counter playing with her phone i got irritated i bought airtym nd asked for cash back they told me that they cant give me money caz they only have change what irritates me more is that in their door the are no trading hours they just tell us that we open at seven o'clock and also the staff dont wear the name tack am very disappointed with their service.
