Pick n pay Orchard turns community into a urinal

I hope this message finds you well. I am a regular shopper at Pick n Pay Orchard, and while I value having the store in our community, I am deeply concerned about the conditions around the premises.

Apart from the poor customer service I’ve experienced inside the store, my main concern is the loitering outside. Many people buy alcohol at the store and consume it immediately in the surrounding area. Because there are no public toilets provided, the walls and corners around the shop are being used for urination, and the entire area now smells strongly of urine. This has created an unpleasant and unhygienic environment for shoppers and residents.

I would like to know:

What is Pick n Pay doing to address this situation?

What responsibility does Pick n Pay take for the fact that alcohol purchased at the store is being consumed in its vicinity, creating such conditions?

Are there any plans to improve customer service and the overall environment around the store?

As a loyal customer, I believe these concerns deserve urgent attention. The current state not only affects the shopping experience but also the reputation of Pick n Pay as a responsible retailer.
